So this fine lady a working woman in her thirties consulted for a peculiar ear deformity at our clinic. After thorough evaluation her deformity was diagnosed and detailed plan of treatment was charted and discussed with patient. She was having a Lop ear deformity which is a congenital ( present by birth) condition which causes ones ear to fold on itself. She underwent surgery in a comfortable local anesthesia ( we kept on chatting throughout) her deformed ear was corrected and was appropriately matched with the normal side with few more maneuvers.
